even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR.

1.6 Credit Bureau Authorization

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted details and documents are genuine and accurate. False information may result in rejection or legal action.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cashfast Finserv from claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by Indian laws and courts located in Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
